7aum Arivu and Velayutham Successfully Completes 50 Days

The festival of lights has gone by but the fireworks still continue in cinema halls. ’7am Arivu’, the Surya, AR Murugadoss, Udhayanidhi Stalin venture which hit the screens on the day of lights has completed its 50-day run.

The latest is that the film directed by AR Murugadoss aill be screened at various international film festivals to be held in Europe and also in some of the Asian countries like Indonesia and Thailand.

The film opened up to mixed responses from all over but a few highlights kept the film going. One of the most promising young actors of Tamil cinema, Surya’s hard work was visible from scene one.

Vijay starrer Velayudham directed by Jayam Raja have also completed 50 days run.

Both released on Deepavali opened big and collected huge revenue. Velayudham reinstated Vijay's clout at the box office while7 Am Arivu ensured the Ghajini team repeats their success.

Surya is now working with KV Anand’s Maatran. Vijay’s Nanban is getting ready for Pongal while Vijay is now busy in AR Murugadoss’s Thuppaki.
