Hard work for Suriya, Anand

The past few days have been rather hectic for actor Suriya and director K V Anand, it can be said. The duo, who are coming together after 'Ayan' for 'Maatraan', have been shooting late in the evenings for a high-octane action scene in the film, according to sources.

According to reports, Anand said, 'about 70 per cent of the film is complete and we're wrapping up an action sequence now.'

Also, a week-long schedule has been planned in Hyderabad. K V Anand, Suriya and the rest of the crew will shoot in a film city, where another set is being constructed. The twosome are keen to ensure that this film turns out to be as big a hit as their last one

'Maatraan' also has in the cast Kajal Aggarwal, Sachin Khedekar and Vivekh among others. Isha Sharvani appears in a special number in the film.
