Nanban & Vettai received well at the box office

'Nanban ' celebrating the friendship received a positive talk among the audience and faired well at the box office. 'En Nanban Pole Yaaru Macha'  created an impact in the minds of the people. Trade pandits say that Nanban has crossed 50 crores at the box office collections.

Another multi starrer 'Vettai' which joined the Pongal race is also making waves at the box office. Vettai an action entertainer directed by Linguswamy stars Arya, Madhavan, Sameera and Amala Paul in the lead roles. The film was released worldwide on January 13th 2012.

It is reported that 'Vettai' also faired well at the box office and the makers are expecting these films to continue their run for two more couple of weeks.

Vijay's Nanban Vs Vettai

Come Pongal, its cracker of a contest at the box-office. Vijay starrer Nanban and director Lingusamy's Vettai will hit the screens.

Nanban, a remake of Hindi hit Three Idiots carries great hype for it is directed by Shankar. Vijay, Srikanth and Jeeva play lead roles. Music is by Harris Jeyaraj. Expectations are high for the Hindi version was a stupendous hit.

Vettai stars Aarya, Madhavan, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul. This Lingusamy directed mass family entertainer promises to be a perfect festival release with all commercial elements.
